Electrical Design Engineer
Analytical skills with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in digital circuit design, test and integration. Knowledge of digital signal processing, VHDL targeting FPGA’s (Altera, Xilinx), MATLAB and debugging embedded systems is highly desirable, but not a requirement. Some firmware programming is, also, required. BSEE or MSEE required.
Associates degree in Avionics or related field; or a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an electronic test technician for digital and analog circuits. Must have a working knowledge of electronic circuit theory and the ability to troubleshoot using schematics. Must be computer literate, possess good written, verbal and interpersonal skills and be fluent in English. Experience in an ISO or AS9100 certified manufacturing facility desired.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns including advertising, press release, customer communications, etc.; Manage Tradeshows; Develop and manage sales forecast; Proposal management
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications; 5+ years related experience in the aerospace industry; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of embedded software experience, preferably in avionics, but will consider other real time application areas, using C/C++, ARM and Intel microprocessors, communications (UART, I2C, SPI, ARINC 429, 1553). Experience in DO-178B/C including verification is highly desirable. Debugging skill using emulator is required. Some windows programming knowledge is preferred.
Software Verification Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 5+ years’ experience in Avionics software verification. Job functions include developing test case and test procedure in black box and white box environments for embedded software; performing structural coverage; writing test scripts; code review; document review. Familiarity with DO-178C is required. Fluency in C/C++ is required. Knowledge in hardware and experience in verification tools such as LDRA, emulator and/or embedded software systems preferred.
